Selamat Hari Merdeka! πŸ‡²πŸ‡Ύ August was an exciting month with changes and a few new features to make things better for you. 🌟 We’ve kept things simple, useful, and easy to enjoy. Take a look at what’s new and what has been improved. Read on to view the updates!


Changes


1. Updated Subscription Plan Starting August 2025 πŸ“’

Starting from 1st August 2025, there will be a change to your subscription plan.

Instead of being based on the old channel structure, your plan will now be based on the number of social channels you connect (inclusive of WhatsApp API, WhatsApp Personal, Instagram, and Messenger.

For example: Lite plan that comes with 5 social channel will hit a limit when you connect 1 Messenger 2 Instagram 1 WA API and 1 WA Personal or any channels that amount to a total of 5.
You can increase the limit by adding additional user.

Note: This applies to all existing and new Strive users.

2. Strive Joins WhatsApp Channel πŸ’¬

We are excited to share that Strive is now on WhatsApp Channels πŸŽ‰.

This makes it easier for you to stay updated in one place without missing anything important.

1. Introducing the Assistants Module in Strive πŸ€–

Now you can easily create and update your OpenAI assistants directly in Strive! πŸ€–

How to create a new assistant:

  1. Click on “Create”.
  2. Fill in the details for your assistant.
  3. Once done, click on the “Save” button to save your changes.

How to edit an existing assistant:

  1. Click on the assistant you want to update.
  2. Make your changes as needed.
  3. Click on the “Save” button to apply the updates.

Note: You need to connect your OpenAI account to Strive before you can start creating or updating an assistant.

2. Track Your Inbox Performance with Analytics πŸ“Š

You can now track how your inbox is performing in one simple view πŸŽ‰.

The Inbox Insights feature shows useful information such as how many new tickets were created, how fast your team responds, and how many tickets have been closed.

This helps you clearly understand your team’s performance and identify where improvements can be made.

Where to find it?

  1. Hover your mouse over the inbox icon.
  2. Click on Analytics.

1. New Inbox Channel: WA Coexistence πŸŽ‰

WhatsApp has introduced a new feature called Coexistence, and you can now connect it in Strive. πŸŽ‰

2. WA Personal Message Status Indicator ⚠️

Sometimes messages sent to your WhatsApp Personal account may not show up in the Inbox if they could not be sent over from WhatsApp successfully.

To help with this, we have added a message that will indicate when a message was not successfully received on our side.

You can then check your WhatsApp on mobile or web to view any missing messages.

This way, you will never miss an important message and always know which messages need your attention πŸ“¨.

3. Send and Save Stickers in Inbox πŸ“¨

You can now send stickers directly in the Inbox ✨. This makes your conversations more fun and expressive, giving you more ways to connect with your contacts.

On top of that, you can also save stickers to use again later, whether they are sent by you or received from your contacts.

Here’s how you can save a sticker:

  1. Send the sticker from your device.
  2. Click on the down arrow on the sticker.
  3. Select Save Sticker (phone icon).

Note: Stickers sent by your contacts can also be saved for future use.

Here’s how you can send a saved sticker:

  1. Click on the emoji icon.
  2. Go to the Sticker section.
  3. Select the sticker you want to send.

4. Send Multiple Attachments in Strive Go Inbox πŸ“Ž

You can now select to send out more than one attachment at a time in Strive Go Inbox. πŸŽ‰

This means you no longer need to send documents, photos, or videos one by one. It helps you save time, and makes it easier to share everything your contact needs in just one go.

✨ How to send multiple files:

  1. Head over to Inbox.
  2. Choose whether you want to send a document, photo, video, or camera file.
  3. Select all the attachment you want to send together.
  4. Click Send and your attachment will be delivered at once.

5. Improved WA API Campaign Statistics πŸ“Š

We have made your WhatsApp campaign reports clearer and more detailed ✨. You can now easily see how many contacts received your message and how many actually read it. πŸ‘€

On top of that, you can double click on the numbers to view the full list of contacts for the respective stat. For example, if you click on the number for β€œ Total Delivered,” you will be able to see which contacts successfully received the message.

6. WA API Templates Now Arranged in Order for Easy Selection πŸ“‹

When creating or editing a WhatsApp API Broadcast or Campaign, your templates are now arranged in ascending order, making it much easier for you to scroll through and quickly find the template that you want.

7. Clearer Inbox Filters πŸ”

We’ve made it simpler for you to see which filters are active in your inbox ✨.

Now, when you select a field to filter your chats, you will notice a small dot that shows something is being filtered in that section.

This makes it quick and clear to know what filters are currently applied, so you don’t have to second-guess or click around to check. πŸ’¬

8. See Unique Contacts in Your Selected Channel πŸ‘₯

You can now easily view all the unique contacts who have messaged into the selected channels πŸŽ‰.

Instead of going through all the chats one by one, you can quickly view a list of unique contacts for the channels you have filtered.

This gives you a clear overview of who is reaching out and helps you manage conversations more effectively.

✨ How to use it?

  1. Select the channel you want to check.
  2. Click on the “View Multi Channel Contact” button.
  3. You will then see a list of unique contacts who have messaged that channel.

9. Faster Loading for WA API Campaign ⚑

We have improved the loading speed for WhatsApp API Campaigns πŸš€.

This means your campaigns and messages now opens much faster, making it smoother for you to view and manage your campaigns without long waits.

10. Enjoy a Faster Inbox Experience ⚑

Your inbox now loads quicker than before πŸš€.

This means you can load your chats without waiting too long.

You’ll save time, stay more focused, and get things done faster with less waiting ⏳.
