December 2024 flew by, and we’ve got some exciting update for you! We hope you had a Merry Christmas and a festive holiday season. Read on to check out all the updates we’ve made this month!
Enhancements
1. Customize Date Variables with Month and Year in Flowbuilder 📅
You can now easily customise the month and year to the {{current_date}} variable in Flowbuilder! 🎉 Simply include “:MM/YYYY” or use any of the supported formats listed below to customize how the date appears.
Check out the formats below to see how the date will look when you add the month and year. 🗓️

2. Visual Notification Added to Inbox/Inbox Lite Settings 👀
When you head over to the Inbox/Inbox Lite module, clicking on the Setting button then click on the setting for Strive Website, you will be able to view there are 2 icon (speaker and bell). The speaker represents the sound notification while the bell represents the visual notification.
Sound Notification 🔊: When enabled, you’ll hear a notification sound whenever a contact sends a message, but only if you’re actively in the Inbox/Inbox Lite module.
Visual Notification 🔔: When enabled, you’ll see a notification pop up at the bottom-right corner of the page when a contact messages you (except when you’re in the Inbox/Inbox Lite module).
To toggle these notifications, simply click the speaker or bell icon. If the icon is red, it’s disabled; click to enable it (it turns blue). To disable it again, just click the icon.
3. Easily Schedule Flowbuilder for Your Contacts ⏰
You can now schedule Flowbuilder to trigger for your contacts in the Inbox/Inbox Lite module, making it even more convenient to automate the sending of messages.
To get started, simply type “/” and select the Flowbuilder you want to trigger. You’ll have the option to either View/Edit or Send the flow.
After choosing the option, it will prompt when you want to trigger the flow. To schedule it, click the “Send Instantly” dropdown and select “Schedule Flowbuilder.” From there, you can choose from the available option or select “Custom time” and enter the date and time you want.
If you’d like to cancel the flow if the contact replies before the scheduled time, simply check the box. When everything is ready, click Apply and your Flowbuilder will be scheduled to trigger at the chosen time. 📅
4. Filter All Contacts Including Unassigned Easily 👥
You can now easily filter all contacts, including unassigned ones, with just one click! 🎉
Now, just click on “All Owners Below + Unassigned” to view all contacts owned by all the users listed including those that are unassigned.
This update makes it quicker to filter and view your contacts, without the extra steps! 🙌
5. Inbox Lite Refresh Button Improved 🔄
When you refresh Inbox Lite using the refresh button, it will no longer exit the chat you’re currently viewing. ✨
This makes it much easier to stay on track and continue from where you left off, even after refreshing.
5. Device Disconnection Alert in Inbox Lite 🚫
Now, when your device gets disconnected and you click on an existing chat, you’ll see a clear message letting you know that your device is offline.
This makes it easy for you to spot when your device has disconnected.
Once your device has been reconnected in the WA Personal Setup module, you can continue your chat with the contact as usual! 😊
6. Faster Image Uploads in Inbox/Inbox Lite 📸
Uploading images in the Inbox/Inbox Lite module is now much quicker! Just drag and drop your image, and it will upload in less time than before. ⚡
7. Quick Reply Tags Now Update Instantly in Inbox Lite! 🏷️
Now, when you trigger a quick reply that has tag in the Inbox or Inbox Lite module, the tag will show up immediately. You no longer need to refresh the page or click on the ticket/chat to see the changes.
This makes it much easier to keep track of your contacts without an extra steps. 😊
