Strive January 2026 Updates πŸš€

Dear Strivers,

February is here, and we’re starting the month with a recap of the January 2026 update.
Happy New Year 2026 as we settle into the year ahead.

This update includes both enhancements and new features designed to improve your experience.

New Feature

1. Messenger Broadcast Is Now Available πŸ“£

You can now send broadcast messages to your contacts using Messenger. 😊

This lets you reach many contacts at once through Messenger, just like how you already do with other channels.

To get started, simply connect your Facebook Page and Ads Account using this guide: Connect for Messenger Broadcast

After that, you can follow this guide to send your first broadcast to your subscribers or contacts: Send Messenger Broadcast

Please note that the subscriber list is provided by Meta, so contact names aren't shown.

If you want to import your own contact list for broadcasting, each contact must have a valid email or phone number, and at least 100 contacts are required. It may take some time before the imported audience appears. ⏳

You can access the Messenger Broadcast module here:

2. Agents Module πŸ€–

We have introduced a new Agent Module that makes it easier to set up and manage your AI agents. 😊

You can test your prompts in the playground to see the responses instantly and adjust them until they match what you want.

Inside the agent, you can upload files and add QnA so the agent has more context to give clearer and more accurate replies.

Once your agent is ready, you can use it in Flowbuilder by selecting the AI Agent Node. πŸš€

Enhancements

1. WA API 72 Hour Conversation Window in Inbox πŸ“²

When a customer comes in through ads on the WA API channel, the total conversation window is now 72 hours. 😊

The first 24 hours is the customer service window (CSW) where you can chat freely with your contact.

After that, the next 48 hours is the free entry point (FEP) where you can still reach out using approved message templates.

This setup helps you understand clearly how long and in what way you can continue the conversation.

This makes it easier for you to plan replies and follow ups without confusion, so you can engage customers at the right time using the right message type. πŸš€

2. Automatically Log CAPI Events Using Flowbuilder βš™οΈ

You can now log CAPI events directly through Flowbuilder. 😊

Just add the node "Send CAPI Event" and fill in the required fields. This allows CAPI events to be triggered as part of your flow without any manual action.

Once the flow runs, the CAPI event will be logged automatically when the contact reaches that step.

This helps you capture customer actions accurately and send clear conversion data back to Meta. πŸš€

3. Smarter Message Splitting with Chat Bubbles πŸ’‘

We have added a new Flowbuilder node called Smart Multi Chat Bubble. 😊

This node uses AI to split a long reply into several smaller chat messages instead of sending everything in one message. Each message is sent in order, just like a natural conversation.

You do not need to add a text node to send the message, as the message will be sent directly from this node.

By breaking the reply into smaller parts, contacts can read and understand the message more easily. πŸ‘€

This helps your messages feel more natural and clear, improving how contacts experience the conversation. πŸš€

4. Pause and Control Flowbuilder Bot Timing ⏸️

You can now pause and control a bot while it is waiting during a flow delay. 😊

When a flow is triggered and the contact is in delaying period, you can clearly see the current status and the remaining time before the flow continues. This gives you better visibility and control over what is happening instead of waiting blindly.

You can also add more waiting time by clicking the plus icon next to the remaining time. ⏱️

On the right side, you will see two action buttons to control the flow.

Green play button: ▢️

Clicking this button sets the remaining time to zero and allows the bot to continue immediately.

Red stop button: β›”

Clicking this button stops the bot and marks the flow as completed.

This helps you stay in control of your automation timing and respond quickly when changes are needed. πŸš€

5. Remove Contacts from Scheduled WA API Campaign Messages πŸ“²

You can now remove contacts that are scheduled to receive a WA API Campaign message. 😊

To remove a contact, simply double click the total scheduled number, select the contact or contacts, and click Remove Scheduled.

If your campaign has more than one message, you can choose to remove the contact from just one message or from all messages in the campaign.

This gives you better control to stop messages from going out to contacts who no longer need them, helping you avoid sending messages to the wrong people and keeping your campaign clean and accurate. πŸš€

6. Track Response Rate of WA API Broadcasts πŸ“Š

You can now view the number of contacts who responded to your WA API Broadcast. 😊

This helps you quickly see whether your broadcast encouraged contacts to reply, so you can adjust your message content for better engagement next time. πŸš€

7. Email Soft Bounce Tracking in Broadcast πŸ“§

You can now view contacts that fall under soft bounce in your Email Broadcast stats. 😊

A soft bounce means the email could not be delivered for a short time, such as when the inbox is full or the connection times out. These emails are not permanently failed and can still be sent again later.

When a contact is under soft bounce, emails will not be sent to them during a cooldown period. ⏳

Cooldown periods:

β€’ 1st bounce: 1 day

β€’ 2nd bounce: 4 days

β€’ 3rd bounce: Converts to hard bounce

This means that after the cooldown period ends, you can try sending emails to these contacts again. πŸš€

8. Assign Tickets Only to Selected Owners with Automation πŸ‘₯

You can now set up automation to assign inbox tickets only to specific users that you choose. βš™οΈ

When using the action Assign inbox ticket in round robin, just tick the option to apply it to selected contact owners only. This means the ticket will be assigned only if the contact owner is included in your selected user list.

This helps you keep tickets going to the right people, reduces wrong assignments, and makes your inbox management clearer and more organised. ✨

9. Trigger Flows Easily in Strive Go πŸš€

You can now trigger a flow directly in Strive Go with just a few taps. 😊

How to trigger a flow:

  1. Go to the Inbox module.

  2. Click on the contact ticket.

  3. Click on the contact name.

  4. Click the Trigger Flow button.

  5. Select the flow you want to run.

This helps you take quick action during conversations and respond faster to your contacts. πŸ’¬

10. Agent Playground Now Supports Formatting and Emoji 😊

When you test in the Agent Playground, the agent can now read text formatting such as bold, italic, and strikethrough, along with emoji. ✨

This means your test messages look and feel the same as how a real customer would type them.

By testing with real message styles, you can be more confident that your agent replies correctly in actual conversations. πŸ’¬

This helps you prepare your agent for real customer questions and deliver clearer responses.

11. Voice Messages Now Show Your Profile Picture πŸŽ™οΈ

Outgoing voice messages sent through Coex and WA API will now display your profile picture next to the voice message. 😊

When a voice note is sent to a contact, the image shown on the right side of the message will be your profile picture instead of a generic icon.

This makes the message look more personal and consistent with your brand. Contacts can now easily recognize who the voice message is coming from at a glance. πŸ‘€

12. Improved Voice Recording Controls in Strive Go πŸŽ™οΈ

You can now better control your voice recordings in Strive Go before sending them. 😊

After recording a voice message, you can listen to it first and then decide whether to continue recording, delete it, or send it.

This helps you check that your voice message sounds right before sending it, so you can send clearer and more accurate replies without re-recording multiple times. 🎧
