Itβs time for the March 2025 update! π Weβre rolled out a new feature along with enhancements to improve your experience. Keep reading to find out more!
New Feature
1. New AI Agents Module π€
You can now easily set up an AI Agent team to use with the Flowbuilder OpenAI Knowledge Base and OpenAI Knowledge Base V2 nodes! π
This feature allows you to create teams with multiple AI assistants, making it easier to manage your AI teams effortlessly.
To access the AI Agent module, hover over the Flow icon in your dashboard, and you’ll see the “AI Agents” module appear.

Hereβs how to set up your AI Agent team:
- Click on “Create Team”.
- Enter a team name and a short description.
- Hit “Submit”.
- In the Action column, click the card icon to add assistants to your team.
- Select “Add Agent”, then choose the assistant created in OpenAI (you can pick which is the main assistant and which are the sub-assistants).
- Finally, click “Add Team Member” once all your assistants are added.

Enhancements
1. Generate Insights from Chats with AI in Inbox/Inbox Lite π¬
You can now use AI to generate valuable insights directly from your chats with contacts in the Inbox/Inbox Lite module! π
Just click on the ticket or chat, scroll down a the right column then hit the “Generate Insights” button.
This helps you quickly analyze your conversations and get useful takeaways, saving you time and effort.
Note: To use the Insight Generator, youβll need to connect your OpenAI key first. To connect, you will need to head over to Account > Connections > Connect OpenAI API Key

2. Send Multiple Media Files in Inbox/Inbox Lite π©
Now, you can send multiple media files (images, videos, and more) to your contact in Inbox or Inbox Lite! π
Simply drag and drop your media files into the chat/message area, and they will be ready for sending. You can also add text message to the media by typing in the text area below the media. π
Once everything is set, just click the send icon on the right, and your messages will be delivered or you can click on the down arrow to schedule it.

3. Automatically Assign Inbox Tickets Using Round Robin π
Now, you can automatically distribute inbox tickets to users using the Round Robin method! π― This ensures that tickets are assigned fairly and efficiently among the selected organisation users.
To set this up, select the action “Assign Inbox Ticket in Round Robin”, then click “Add User” to choose the user. You can also set a weightage to control how many tickets each user receives. If you selected a group for the group filter, only users within that group will be shown for user selection.
How does weightage work?
Users with a higher weightage will receive tickets first. For example, if User A has weightage 1 and User B has weightage 2, tickets will be assigned to User B first until their limit is reached, then assignments will move to User A.

4. New Flowbuilder Node: OpenAI Message Storage πΎ
Now you can save contact messages and AI responses in memory for better accuracy! π¬
This helps the AI remember past conversations, improving its responses over time. You can choose to store messages indefinitely or for a set duration, depending on your needs.
To use this feature, simply add the node, set the storage duration, and select the variable for the message. It’s a great way to enhance AI interactions and provide more context-aware responses! π€

5. Easily Create a New Contact While Logging a Touchpoint π€
Now, you can quickly create a new contact while logging a touchpoint! π Simply type in the contact’s name and select the option to add them.
Once you fill in the contact details, click “Add Contact”, and youβre all set! π You can then continue logging the contact’s touchpoint without any interruptions. This feature saves you time and keeps everything in one place!

6. Easily Browse Quick Replies & Flowbuilders Using Your Keyboard β¨οΈ
You can now quickly navigate through your Quick Replies and Flowbuilders using just your keyboard! π
Simply type “/” to bring up the list, then use the up and down arrow keys to scroll through the options.
Once you’ve found the one you need, just press “Enter” to select it instantly.

7. Easily View or Stop an Active Flow π«
You can now see and manage active flows directly from your Inbox/Inbox Lite! π¬
After opening a ticket or chat, simply scroll down the right column to find the Active Flow section. This allows you to check which flow is currently running for the contact.
To stop the active flow, simply click on the red icon next to the flow name. Itβs Itβs quick and easy! π₯

8. Review Your Email Campaign with “Send to Self” βοΈ
You can now easily send a test email to yourself while creating your email campaign! π¨
Just click on the “Send To Self” button, and the campaign message will be sent to the email address you’re logged into.
This way, you can preview and double-check your email before sending it to your contacts, making sure everything looks just right! β

9. Add Descriptions for AI Agent Team Members π
Now, when adding a team member to your AI Agent, you can include a description to easily identify their role or purpose! π·οΈ
This makes it simpler to manage multiple assistants by giving each one a clear label.
Note: Adding a description is optional, so you can choose whether or not to include it for each team member.

10. Easily Identify the Channel Triggered by the Contact π±
Now, when you hover your mouse over a channel, you’ll quickly see the phone number or name of that channel.
This makes it easy to identify which channel the contact has messaged into to trigger the flow. π¬

11. Insight Generator Now Analyzes Voice Messages ποΈ
Now, when you generate insights in Inbox or Inbox Lite, the system will analyze not just text messages but also voice messages! π§
It will process the latest 100 messages, including both text and voice, to give you a more complete and accurate insight. β¨
