Dear Strivers,

Weโ€™re stepping into June with a quick look back at our May 2025 update. A warm Happy Motherโ€™s Day and Wesak Day to everyone who celebrated. Weโ€™ve made updates that you might find helpful. Read on to learn more.


Enhancements


1. Quickly Tag Multiple Contacts in the Contact List ๐Ÿท๏ธ

You can now easily add tags to your contacts right from the contact list! ๐Ÿ“ƒ

Here are the steps to tag your contacts:

  1. Select the checkbox next to the contact(s) you want to tag.
  2. Click on โ€œAdd Taggingโ€ at the top.
  3. Choose the tag(s) you want to assign.
  4. Click โ€œAddโ€ to apply the tags.

2. Easily Filter Your Unread Chats in One Click! ๐Ÿ”

Weโ€™ve made it easier for you to find unread chats! ๐ŸŽฏ

The โ€œUnreadโ€ filter has now been moved out of the filter option menu, so you can access it faster with lesser clicks.

With just one click, you can now quickly view all your unread messages and stay on top of conversations more efficiently. ๐Ÿ“ฌ

3. View Contact Owner in Contact List

Super admins and users with the right permissions can now easily see who owns each contact in the Contact List.

How to View Contact Owners:

  1. Go to the Contact List module.
  2. Click on View List (the eye icon) in the Action column. ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ
  3. You will see a new column called Owner showing the name of the contact owner.

This update makes it simple to keep track of contact ownership, so everyone knows who is handling each contact at a glance! ๐Ÿ‘ฅ

4. Attach Larger Files in Strive Go (Up to 16MB!) ๐Ÿ“Ž

You can now attach and send documents up to 16MB in size when using Strive Go in the Inbox module. ๐Ÿ“โœจ

This makes it easier to share high-quality PDFs, reports, and other important documents without having to compress or split them.
