As the lights of Deepavali brighten the season, we’re excited to share October’s updates with you! 🪔 We’ve added a few enhancements smoother experience and ease of use. Read on to explore what’s new in this month’s update.

Enhancements
1. New Flowbuilder Action: Messenger/IG Gallery (Image only) 🖼️
You can now use the Messenger/IG Image Gallery action to send images smoothly without waiting for your contact’s reply. 🎉
Select “Messenger/IG Gallery (Image Only)” in your flow, set it up as needed, and connect it to the next step. Once triggered, it will automatically continue to the next action after sending the gallery.
This helps your conversations feel more seamless and engaging, especially when you want to showcase multiple visuals in a single message. ✨
Note: This action only supports images, so buttons cannot be added. It is available exclusively for Messenger and Instagram channels.
2. Organize Your Flowbuilders with Folders 📂
You can now neatly organize your flowbuilders by grouping them into separate folders.
By default, all your flowbuilders will appear in the Home folder. You can create new folders anytime and move your flowbuilders into them based on your needs.
Each flowbuilder can only belong to one folder at a time, making your setup simple and structured.

This helps you keep your flows neat and makes it easier to find your flows.
3. Manage Your Flowbuilder Visibility with Ease ⚙️
You now have the option to control who can see your flowbuilder. Set it to private to keep it visible only to you, or public to share it with your team.
To change the visibility, simply click the lock icon.
- The open lock icon means your flow is public.
- The closed lock icon means your flow is private.
This makes managing your workflows more flexible and secure. 🔐
4. Archive and Restore Your Flowbuilder Easily ♻️
Accidentally deleted a flowbuilder? No worries! 😄 Now, whenever you delete a flowbuilder, it will automatically be stored under the Archived section instead of being removed permanently.
This makes it easy to recover any important flows that were mistakenly deleted.
You can quickly restore your archived flowbuilder anytime and continue using it without needing to rebuild from scratch. This helps keep your work safe and gives you peace of mind while managing your flows. 🧩

5. Ads Label Now Displayed in a Clearer Way 🏷️
You can now see which ad your contact messaged from in a more organized way. 🎯
Just click on the chat, then scroll down the right column until you reach the Ads Label section. It will show the ad ID and the date when the contact clicked the ad to start the chat.
This makes it easier to track which ads are bringing in conversations.
The ads label details are based on the information received from WhatsApp. 💬
6. Track Email Clicks in Broadcasts 📧
You can now see how many contacts clicked on links in your Email Broadcasts. 🎯
Just double click on the number to view the list of contacts who interacted with your links.
This enhancement helps you understand which emails are engaging your audience the most, making it easier to improve your campaigns and connect with contacts who are interested. 💡
7. New “Ultra Slow” Sending Option for WA Personal Broadcast 🕐
We’ve added a new sending speed called Ultra Slow, which sends each message about every 7 to 10 minutes. 💬 This feature gives your broadcast messages more space between each delivery, helping them go out more naturally and steadily.
By sending messages at a slower pace, you can lower the risk of being flagged or restricted, keeping your device safe while still reaching all your contacts effectively. ✅
8. Faster Contact List Loading 🚀
We’ve made enrolling contacts from one list to another much quicker and smoother! ⚡
This improvement helps you save time and makes managing your contact lists effortless, so you can focus more on connecting with your contacts instead of waiting for things to load. 💪
