FB/IG Channels Now Support CAPI Event Logging 📊🔥

What's New:
FB/IG channels now support logging Meta CAPI events 🎉


What it means to you:
You can now send purchase events to Meta, improving conversion tracking and ad optimization accuracy 👍


How you can go about it:

  1. Go to Inbox Module.

  2. Open a chat.

  3. Scroll to the bottom right panel and select Log Purchase.

  4. Fill in the Purchase Details and send the Meta CAPI event.


Kindly note:

  • Event name must be Purchase

  • Action source must be Business Messaging

  • Purchase value must be more than 0 🚨
