The Account module allows you to manage your personal profile and account settings in Strive. Through this module, you can update your profile information, manage login credentials, and configure account-related preferences.

Accessing the Account Module
To access your account settings:
Click on your profile icon located at the top-right corner of the Strive platform.
Select Account from the dropdown menu.
This will open the Account settings page where you can manage your personal details.
Profile Information
You can update your personal information within the Account module.
Editable Information
You can update the following details:
First Name
Last Name
Contact Number
Profile Avatar
Keeping your profile information updated helps other organisation members easily identify you within the platform.
Changing Your Password
You can change your account password at any time.
Steps to Change Password
Go to the Account module.
Locate the Change Password section.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password.
Confirm the new password.
Click Save.
Your password will then be updated.
Adding Alternate Email
Strive allows you to add an alternate email address to your account.
Purpose of Alternate Email
An alternate email can be used for:
