The Home module provides a quick overview of your activity in Strive. It can help you track your engagement, monitor updates, and manage personal progress within the platform.
The Home module is divided into three sections:
Overview
Journey
Task
Overview
The Overview tab displays a summary of your recent activity and important updates within Strive.
Your Week on Strive
This section shows a 7-day summary of your activities in the platform.
Key Metrics
The following metrics are displayed:
Tickets Handled
Number of conversations or tickets handled within the past 7 days.
New Contacts Gained
Number of new contacts added during the last week.
Broadcast Sent
Number of broadcast campaigns sent.
New Purchase Recorded
Number of purchase records added to the system.
Each metric also compares the result against the previous week, allowing users to track changes in activity.
Rating
Users can rate their weekly experience with Strive using a 5-star rating system.
This helps the Strive team gather insights to improve the platform.
Share Feedback
You can also submit suggestions or ideas directly.
Click Share Your Feedback to provide insights on how Strive can improve your workflow.
What's New in Strive
This section displays the latest updates, feature enhancements and bug fixes.
Journey
The Journey tab helps users track their onboarding progress and achievements in Strive.
It introduces a gamified learning experience to guide users through key platform features.
Overall Progress
Displays the number of quests completed out of the total onboarding tasks.
XP Progress
You earn XP (experience points) by completing tasks within Strive.
XP determines the rank progression.
XP progress also indicates how many points are needed to reach the next rank.
User Ranking
Strive uses a rank system represented by bird characters.
Ranks include:
Curious Sparrow
Beginner level users.
Handy Pigeon
Users who have started using multiple Strive features.
Swift Eagle
Active users with significant platform engagement.
Strategic Owl
Advanced users with deep platform usage.
Quests
This section displays onboarding tasks designed to help users become familiar with Strive.
Each quest includes:

Task
The Task tab allows users to manage tasks, deals, and reminders.
It acts as a centralised task management system within Strive.
