1. π§ Email Template Module π¬
In the Email Template Module, you can create and customize your appointment reminder email templates. Choose between the simple email editor or advanced email builder to craft your content. The simple email editor allows you to add merge fields for personalized messages, while the advanced email builder offers more creative flexibility with content and blocks. Please note that these templates are not intended for email broadcasts or campaigns
2. π± WA Personal Template Module π¬
In the WA Personal Template Module, you can customize engaging and personalized templates to keep your contacts in the loop about their upcoming appointments. Do note that the templates created are for the WA Personal reminder in the Appointment module.

1. π¬ Chatbot new look β¨
Have you seen the updated look of our Chatbot module? Take a sneak peek below. To make changes to the chatbot, simply click on the pencil icon in the Action column. In addition, you can easily identify the chatbot type and owner in a single glance. ππ€
2. π Form accessibility modified to “Internal” and “Public” π
With our recent update, we have replaced the terms “Within Strive” and “Public Accessible” with “Internal” and “Public” options. Now, you can seamlessly manage how your forms are accessed. When you select “Internal,” your form can only be filled within Strive, ensuring a secure and private experience. On the other hand, choosing “Public” allows respondents with the form link to conveniently access and fill it.
3. π WA Personal Broadcast phone number selection π±
In WA Personal Broadcast, you can choose the phone numbers to send your messages. Simply click on the desired phone number, and the weightage percentage will update accordingly. You have the flexibility to edit the weightage as per your preferences. ππ¬
4. π·οΈ Contact Table View able to delete tagging βοΈ
In the contact table view, you can easily delete tags. Simply double-click on the tagging column, and you’ll see an X icon next to each tag. Just click on the X icon to delete the specific tag.
5. π€ Automation new look β¨
Have you seen our exciting new look? π If you have yet to view it, here is a sneak peak below. We’ve made it even easier for you to manage your automations and get all the important details upfront, like the triggers, without any hassle.
6. ποΈ Appointment module able to turn off Google Meet link π«£
π Great news! In our Appointment module, you can now disable the Google Meet link and have your meetings offline. Enjoy more flexibility and personalize your meetings to fit your preferences. Connect with others in a way that suits you best, whether it’s face-to-face or over a cup of coffee. Take control of your appointments and make them truly special with this new feature! β¨
7. π₯ Pipeline form submission downloadable as PDF π»
After filling out and submitting the form, you can easily download it in PDF format. Get a copy of your submitted form with just a few clicks! π
8. β Appointment questions compulsory field either phone number or email and able to link to contact fieldπ±π§
Now, in our Appointment module, you have the flexibility to link contact fields and choose whether the name, email, or phone number as the mandatory field. By selecting the relevant contact fields, the information provided by the contact will automatically update the corresponding fields. This allows for seamless contact creation in Strive when filling out appointment questions. βοΈ
9. π Appointment bookings able to reschedule or cancel πΌ
We have added a new feature where you are able to reschedule the Appointment booking. Once you click on reschedule or cancel, you will be prompted to send reminder to your contact.

Exciting news! Now you can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment bookings with our new feature. Simply click on the reschedule or cancel option, and you’ll even have the option to send a friendly reminder to your contact. Keep your schedule organized and effortlessly stay on top of your appointments! ππ
10. π Appointment able to send Email, WA Personal and WA API reminder to your contact βοΈ
Exciting news! You can now send email, WA Personal, and WA API reminders to your contacts when they book an appointment. These reminders will be automatically sent at the time you’ve scheduled. Stay connected and ensure your contacts never miss an important meeting! π
11. β° WA Personal Broadcast default time range is 9am to 5pm β‘οΈ
We’ve updated the default time range for WA Personal Broadcast to start from 9am and end at 5pm. π Don’t worry, you still have the flexibility to customize the broadcast time range according to your preference. ππͺ Stay in control and effortlessly reach your audience at the perfect time!
12. β¨ Automation Duplication β¨
We’re thrilled to introduce a new feature that allows you to duplicate your automation with just a few clicks. πβ¨ Streamline your workflow and save time by creating copies of your automation effortlessly.
13. π Form accessibility configuration is at the questions section π
Great news for you! We’ve made it even easier for you to configure the accessibility of your forms. Now, you can find the form accessibility settings conveniently located at the corner right in the questions section. ππ
14. π₯ Email Broadcast Status in Contact Module π§
Exciting news! Now, with just a click in the contact module, you can easily view the status of the email broadcasts you’ve sent to your contacts. Stay informed about the delivery and engagement of your emails, all in one convenient place. Keep track of your email communications effortlessly! π§β¨
15. β¨ Automation trigger and component renaming π¦Ύ
We’ve given a fresh makeover to the automation triggers and actions. The changes are:
“Select Component” has been renamed to “Select Action”
“Deal reached X stage” is now “Deal reaches a specific stage”
“X hours before scheduled appointment” has become “Certain hours before scheduled”
“Deal idle for X hours” is now “Deal idle for a certain duration”
But wait, there’s more! We’ve also organized the triggers and actions in alphabetical order for easy navigation. Get ready to supercharge your automation process! π
16. π« WA API Broadcast now includes fail sent reason π
Now, you can easily find out why your WA API broadcast wasnβt able to be sent out. Simply double click on the failed quantity and scroll right to the details section. There, you’ll discover the specific reason behind the failed message. π
17. π¨ WA Personal Broadcast checklist β
After filling in the necessary details, simply click on “Send Broadcast” and a handy checklist will appear. Take a moment to carefully review the checklist before sending your broadcast.
This checklist is designed to help you to avoid any potential issues of your account
18. β° WA Personal Broadcast now shows end timeβοΈ
We have added a new column which is Last Message DateTime which lets you know exactly when your broadcast will finish sending messages to the recipients.π±
4. π€ Chatbot newly added “Add to WA Personal Campaignβ π¬
Take your chatbot to the next level with the new selection “Add to WA Personal Campaign”. By choosing this option, your chatbot can now send out messages to contacts through WA Personal campaigns effortlessly. π²
19. β° Real time update for Converse Module and Pipeline Module ππ
Get ready for seamless communication with our enhanced Converse and Pipeline modules!
In the Converse module, you can now receive and respond to new messages in real time without having to refresh the page. π₯οΈ
In the Pipeline module, stay up to date with deal movements as they happen. Witness the progress of your deals without the need for page refreshes. ποΈ
20. π Appointment able to invite additional guest π
Make your appointments more inclusive by enabling guests to join! In the second step, remember to check the “Allow Guests” box. This way, when your contact fills out the questions, they can also provide the guest’s email address. π
21. π£Event Module now caters for walk-in πΆ
When you click on the “Add Attendance” button and enter the contact’s name, you’ll see an option to add the contact. From there, you can fill in the contact’s details or create a new contact directly. π¬
22. π Form Module able to export all responses into CSV file π
With just a click on the cloud icon, you can export the responses to a CSV file. π₯ This allows you to keep a convenient record of all the valuable information collected through your forms. β¨
