As you’re busy scheduling your meetings and activities, I would like to introduce you the Traffic Light Calendering system. This is a system that I’ve used after reading the book titled “More Sales Less Time”.

How the Traffic Light Calendering System works is:

1) Schedule all your revenue generating activities as GREEN LIGHT. This includes all sales meetings, presentations and calls that involves customer interaction.

2) Schedule all your revenue supporting activities as YELLOW LIGHT. This includes all your fresh pipelines and activities to keep your deals moving forward.

3) Schedule all your functional, operational or administrative activities as RED LIGHT. These are work not to be done during prime working hours.
